Owner-run, for owner-run stores.

Built to stop our own store from leaking money.

Tendlio is a WooCommerce plugin that finds where your store loses money, fixes it inside your store, and shows you the sales it brought in.

Built by people who've run WooCommerce stores for over 10 years.

We run our own WooCommerce store, so we do the same work you do: buying stock, setting prices, packing orders and answering customers. On a busy day, orders and customer questions come first, and everything else waits.

Because the rest of the work waited, the same problems kept coming back: products we’d bought too many of, best-sellers that sold out before the next delivery, and customers who bought once and never returned. We had no way to reliably track any of it.

So we started writing our own plugins to fix those problems, one at a time. Tendlio started from those plugins and now does much more than they ever did, for anyone who runs a store the way we run ours. Tendlio still runs in our own store, and every new version runs there before we release it.

What running a store taught us.

The money you lose doesn't show up in a sales report

A sales report shows what sold, not the stock that stopped selling, the second order a customer never placed or the checkout nobody finished. Tendlio finds those losses and ranks them, urgent ones first, then by the money involved.

Try the cheapest fix first

A reminder email costs you no margin. A discount costs margin on every order that uses it. Recover sales sends a reminder before any offer, and Auto outlet starts with a small discount and raises it only if the product still doesn’t sell.

Running out of a best-seller costs more than a few left over

A sold-out best-seller loses sales every day until new stock arrives. Tendlio suggests restocking a little more of what sells, and your To do list warns you before a best-seller runs out.
