Tendlio is a WooCommerce plugin that finds where your store loses money, fixes it inside your store, and shows you the sales it brought in. It runs inside your own WordPress, on your own orders.
Not here? Write to us and we’ll answer it, and probably add it to this page.
The free month, what it includes, and how the price follows your store’s size.
Now, if your store is picked for early access. Sign up for the free trial and tick the early access box: we’re choosing up to 20 stores to run Tendlio before the public launch. Early access stores use Tendlio free until 30 days after launch, and if they buy a plan by then, they keep 50% off for life. Everyone else starts with the free trial at launch.
No. The trial needs no card, so there’s nothing to charge. If you want to keep going, you pick a plan; if not, it stops there.
Yes. You get the whole product for 30 days, with nothing locked off.
During your trial, Sales lift shows what each tool brings in from your own orders, with tracked sales and estimates kept apart. Some results, such as customers coming back for a second order, take longer than a month to show. Yearly plans also carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Yes, for as long as your license is active. New versions arrive in your WordPress updates like any other plugin, and when you need help you write to us directly.
By your order volume, which Tendlio measures itself. You pay for the size your store is today, and you only move up as you grow. The bands are on the pricing page.
It’s built for stores doing 50 or more orders a month. Below that, the scores, the forecast and the stock advice have too few sales to go on, though cart recovery and the customer emails still work. If you’re near the line, the free month shows you on your own store.
Prices are shown before tax. Our checkout adds the VAT or sales tax for your country.
Yes, and only yearly plans come with the 30-day money-back guarantee. What it saves you depends on your store’s size, so the pricing page shows the yearly and monthly price side by side.
Yes. Write to us and we’ll move you over; the switch takes effect from your next billing date.
It stays. Come back a month later and your history, settings and scores are right where you left them.
Nothing changes until your plan renews. Tendlio tells you when you’ve grown past your plan, and the new price starts at your next renewal.
Yes. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month, and a yearly plan just doesn’t renew. Yearly purchases and yearly renewals both carry a 30-day money-back window.
Write to us within 30 days of a yearly purchase or renewal and we’ll refund it, no questions asked. Monthly plans don’t carry the guarantee, but you can cancel any time and there’s no next payment. If you’re an early access store and you take the refund, the 50% doesn’t come back if you buy again later.
Your store keeps running and your data stays yours. Your last scores and to-do list stay on screen, marked with the date they were last refreshed, and Tendlio keeps capturing abandoned checkouts so you can see what you’re missing. The storefront recommendations keep selling for 30 days after your license ends, then they switch off; Tendlio tells you the date ahead of time. What stops right away is the acting on it: it won’t refresh your scores, send any emails, or change any prices. Updates and support stop too. Renew and it picks up where it left off.
One license covers one store. We’re planning a multi-store option, so if you run several, get in touch and tell us what you need.
Yes. Your license covers a staging or development copy of the same store, so you can try an update before it touches your live shop. What it doesn’t cover is a second real store selling to customers.
Why it isn’t another dashboard, and why the price is what it is.
Because we don’t charge you for an “AI” to do arithmetic. Adding up your orders, spotting dead stock, seeing which products sell together: that’s math on your own data, and math doesn’t cost hundreds a month. AI is genuinely useful (we build Tendlio with it every day), but running your numbers through a model doesn’t make them better. It makes them more expensive.
We build Tendlio with AI, openly, and it’s a big part of why the price stays low. But your numbers never come from a model’s guess: they come from your store’s real orders, counted. AI belongs where it genuinely helps, not between you and your own data.
You don’t need one for Tendlio, but anyone running a store should have one. A paid plan of Claude or ChatGPT costs about $20 a month and helps you write better product descriptions, emails and replies to customers. The email prompts in Tendlio work in either one.
Tendlio goes past the numbers. It ranks what’s costing you money, fixes what it can once you turn it on, and walks you through the rest. Then it shows you what each fix earned.
No. Tendlio doesn’t run ads or work on your search rankings. It works on the visitors who already reach your store: in-stock alternatives on a sold-out product page instead of a dead end, categories that put the products that earn at the top, a reminder and then an offer for a checkout that stopped, and a report that shows which product pages lose shoppers before the cart. The Marketing & profit report also shows what a new customer costs you by channel.
That’s your call, and Tendlio is built so it can be. Every area works on its own, so you can run Tendlio’s checkout recovery and recommendations and keep the review plugin you already like, or the other way around. What Tendlio’s versions add is that they know the rest of your store: the recovery offer is picked from what’s in the cart, and Auto outlet leaves alone products that are waiting for their season.
Because the parts that change what shoppers see run in your store: recommendation rows on product pages and in the cart, best-sellers first on your category pages, and the email kept from your checkout page the moment it’s typed. Tendlio reads your orders where they are, so nothing waits for an export or a sync, and customer names and emails never go to Tendlio.
What it takes to install, what it changes on its own (nothing), and what leaves your store.
Not at all. Install it like any plugin, answer a few questions and start your first scan. The scan runs in the background, so you can look around Tendlio while it finishes.
Never. Anything that reaches your customers or changes your prices arrives switched off. You turn on what you want, and you can preview it first.
Each score blends several signals from your store into one 0-100 read. Tendlio’s servers get only numbers about your store: customer names, emails, product names and raw orders never go to Tendlio.
It scans once a week on its own, and there’s a re-scan button whenever you want fresh numbers.
Tendlio keeps its records in its own tables and clears out old working data once a day. Under Data retention, on Help → System status, you choose how long to keep its history (email logs, abandoned-cart records, review requests, price history and resolved to-do items), from 6 months to forever. When you uninstall, it can remove everything it created.
Your products, orders and customers are untouched. By default your Tendlio data stays in the database too, so deleting and reinstalling the plugin costs you nothing. If you’d rather it left nothing behind, turn on Delete all plugin data when the plugin is deleted, under Help → System status. Tendlio then puts back the prices it changed and removes its own tables and settings when you delete it. Without that setting, prices Tendlio set stay on your products, so before you delete Tendlio, click Revert all on the Auto outlet page, and Revert on any price test that’s still running.
Yes. The full product list exports to CSV. The restock list works differently: you copy it or email it straight to the supplier, which is where it was headed anyway.
Hosting, themes, caching, page builders, variable products and currencies.
The analysis runs in the background in small batches, built to stay light even on big catalogs and shared hosting, so shoppers don’t wait for it. To check on your own store first, try Tendlio on a staging copy. If you use a caching or optimization plugin, this guide lists the Tendlio scripts it should leave alone.
It only changes what you turn on, so it sits safely alongside what you already run. The storefront widgets draw their own product cards instead of relying on your theme’s layout.
Yes, if your store runs WordPress 6.8 or newer, WooCommerce 10.0 or newer and PHP 8.2 or newer. HPOS stores are supported, multisite networks aren’t, and you don’t need to write any code. The installation guide lists every requirement, including the database version.
Yes, and we built it for them. The storefront tracking and the checkout capture keep working on pages your cache is serving, which is where this kind of tracking usually breaks.
The storefront widgets hook into standard WooCommerce positions and draw their own cards, which keeps them page-builder-friendly. If your layout is unusual and something sits oddly, write in and we’ll help you place it.
Yes, Tendlio analyzes them like everything else. One limit worth knowing: automatic markdowns apply to simple products, so variations are yours to mark down.
Yes. Subscription renewals count like any other order, and Tendlio never touches the subscriptions themselves.
Then Tendlio won’t add them up as though they were one. The money figures cover your main currency, and the page tells you what it left out and why. Customer figures are the exception: customer spending, the customer rankings and the money parts of the Customer Score add every currency together as plain numbers, and the customer pages say so, because dropping a customer’s foreign orders would be worse than counting them. Converting each order at the rate it was placed is the proper fix, and it needs historical exchange rates, so it waits until we can do it right.
The interface is English for now. It’s translation-ready, so other languages can follow.
Who sends, through which account, and how it stays out of spam.
Nothing on Tendlio’s side, on any plan. You pay your own provider: Amazon SES charges about $0.10 per 1,000 emails at its pay-as-you-go rate, so 10,000 recovery and campaign emails cost around a dollar. Tendlio walks you through the SES setup step by step.
No. Tendlio can send through your site’s existing email setup, including any SMTP plugin you already run, with nothing extra to configure. Prefer a dedicated sender? It connects to Brevo with an API key, or Amazon SES with a checklist that walks you through it. One difference worth knowing: on the WordPress route your own provider records opens and bounces, so those numbers won’t appear in Tendlio.
They work side by side. On cart reminders, welcome emails and second-order emails, Tendlio tells you to leave its own version off if another tool already sends them, so nobody gets the same email twice. When Tendlio recognizes the other tool, it says which one. Nothing else changes: your scores, the inventory work, the storefront recommendations and the checkout capture all run the same, whoever sends your marketing.
Yours. Tendlio sends through your own email account, so your sender reputation stays with you, and sending stays off until you turn it on.
That mostly comes down to three DNS records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) that prove to Gmail and the rest that the mail really is from you. Tendlio checks all three for your domain and tells you exactly what to fix, before you send anything.
All of them. Welcome, second-order and campaign emails open in a block editor with starter templates and test sends. Cart reminders, offers and review requests have their own subject and message fields, and Tendlio adds the cart, the offer or the star rating around your words. Every one has a live preview, so you see what your customer will get.
No. Your emails should show your own products: real product photos bring in more orders than stock photos, and a stock photo could come from any store. Add a product to an email and Tendlio adds its photo, name, price and link from your catalog.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, plus the one-click header that Gmail and Yahoo look for.
Built with GDPR in mind: your customers’ personal data stays in your store, Tendlio’s servers in Frankfurt, Germany, receive only numbers about your store, and every marketing email includes unsubscribe. Your store’s own compliance obligations stay yours, as with any tool.
Who answers, how fast, and where the documentation lives.
We do, by email. The people who build Tendlio are the ones who answer, with no ticket bot in between.
Usually within one business day. For a quick answer about Tendlio, ask Lio, the AI assistant in the chat window.
Yes. Every page and number is explained in plain language in the documentation on this site and in the help inside the plugin. The guides cover the store questions behind them.
Please do. Write in and tell us what you’re missing; that’s how we decide what to build next.
Early access is open now. Sign up to ask for one of the 20 early access places, or to hear when the free trial opens at launch. Early access stores that buy a plan keep 50% off for life.
