These terms cover your use of Tendlio and this website: the free trial, payments and refunds, and what each of us is responsible for. By starting a trial, buying a license or using the plugin you agree to them.
Tendlio is a WooCommerce plugin that analyzes your store, tells you what to fix and gives you the tools to fix it inside your own WordPress. A subscription includes the plugin, its updates, the scoring and comparisons our servers compute for your store, and support by email.
The plugin code is licensed under the GPL, like every WordPress plugin. These terms are about the service around it: your license key, updates, the server-side scoring and support. Without an active license the plugin keeps a free tier (see Termination), and the paid features stop.
You need to run a WooCommerce store to use Tendlio, and you must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for the business that runs the store. One license covers one store. You may run the plugin on a staging copy of the same store; on a copy it keeps the features that write to customers or prices switched off. Keep your license key private: everything done with your key counts as done by you.
Trial. The trial lasts 30 days, needs no card, and gives you the whole product. When it ends the plugin drops to the free tier (see Termination) and nothing is deleted; buy a license and it picks up where it left off.
Early access. Before launch we run Tendlio in early access with up to 20 stores. Early access stores use Tendlio free until 30 days after launch, get a direct line to the founder by email, and agree to tell us what works and what does not. We may end early access for a store that stops responding.
Price. The price follows your store’s order volume, and every plan includes every feature. The plugin counts your orders and reports the count to us; the count sets your band (monthly plans use the average of the last 3 months, yearly plans the last 12). Current prices are on the Pricing page. Your band is checked only when a subscription renews, never in the middle of a paid period.
Billing. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle charges you, adds the taxes your country requires, and issues the invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for your band. We email you 30 days before a yearly renewal.
Money-back guarantee. Every yearly payment, including renewals, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: write to us within 30 days of the charge and we refund it in full. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and end at the close of the paid month; we do not refund partial months. Our Refund policy puts all of this on one page.
Founding stores. Early access stores that buy a plan within 30 days after launch get 50% off for as long as they stay subscribed, and the discount follows their band when they move up. A founding store that asks for a refund gives up the discount; coming back later means the regular price.
You may not share, resell or publish your license key; use the service to send email to people who have not agreed to hear from you; interfere with our servers or with other stores’ data; or use Tendlio for anything illegal. Emails the plugin sends to your customers go out through your own email account, under your name, so you are responsible for having the right to contact those people and for honoring their unsubscribes (the plugin adds an unsubscribe link to every marketing email it sends).
Your store’s data stays in your store. The plugin reads your orders, customers and products on your own server and keeps its results there; your customers’ personal data never comes to us. What we receive are numbers about your store and technical facts about your setup, never names, tied to a pseudonymous id, plus your own account and billing details. You remain the data controller for your customers; we are the controller for the account data and the store summaries. The details are in our Privacy policy.
We work to keep our servers up and to answer support within one business day, but we do not promise a specific uptime or reply time, and the plugin keeps working with its last results if our servers are unreachable. Tendlio gives you analysis and tools; the decisions about prices, stock and emails are yours, and we do not guarantee any particular sales result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost data, business interruption), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can cancel at any time through the link in the emails Paddle sends you about your subscription, or by writing to us; a yearly plan that you cancel runs until the end of the paid year. We can end your license if you break these terms, with a refund of the unused part unless the breach is serious. When a license ends, the plugin stays installed and drops to the free tier: your data and your last results stay (marked as no longer refreshed), cart capture keeps working, and the automations, fresh scoring, updates and support stop. The storefront widgets keep working for 30 days after the license ends and then stop; we tell you the date in advance. Uninstall it with “delete all data” and everything it created in your database is removed.
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect; small clarifications take effect when we publish them here, with the date at the top. If you keep using Tendlio after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before that date and the money-back guarantee applies to a yearly payment made in the 30 days before.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes go to the competent court in Belgrade, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
