Early access is open now, and early access stores keep 50% off for life.

Tendlio is built for stores doing 50 or more orders a month. Below that there isn’t enough sales history for the scores, the forecast or the stock advice to say much, though cart recovery and the customer emails still work.

What every plan includes.

Every plan gives you the full set of Tendlio tools, from finding a problem to acting on it and seeing the result. Your order volume sets the price.

Your plan

Every feature, on every plan

Scores, the to-do list, forecasting, outlet, recovery emails, campaigns, storefront widgets and Sales lift. No feature tiers.

Price checked only at renewal

Nothing changes mid-term. If your store grows past your band, Tendlio tells you and the new tier applies from the next renewal.

Your real order count, read by Tendlio

No guessing which band you’re in. The plugin measures your average orders per month and suggests the plan.

30-day money-back on yearly plans

Yearly plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, on the first year and on renewals.

No charge per email, ever

Emails go out through your store’s own email, or your own Brevo or Amazon SES account. On SES’s pay-as-you-go rate, 10,000 emails cost about $1, and Tendlio never adds a fee on top.

Founding stores

Early access stores keep half price for life.

Early access stores that buy a plan within 30 days after launch keep half price for life, and the discount follows your tier on every renewal, for as long as you stay.

Pricing questions

Money questions, answered plainly.

Six answers about paying, canceling and growing. The full list is on the FAQ page.

Will I be charged when my trial ends?

No. The trial needs no card, so there’s nothing to charge. If you want to keep going, you pick a plan; if not, it stops there.

Prices are shown before tax. Our checkout adds the VAT or sales tax for your country.

Yes. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month, and a yearly plan just doesn’t renew. Yearly purchases and yearly renewals both carry a 30-day money-back window.

Nothing changes until your plan renews. Tendlio tells you when you’ve grown past your plan, and the new price starts at your next renewal.

One license covers one store. We’re planning a multi-store option, so if you run several, get in touch and tell us what you need.

Your store keeps running and your data stays yours. Your last scores and to-do list stay on screen, marked with the date they were last refreshed, and Tendlio keeps capturing abandoned checkouts so you can see what you’re missing. The storefront recommendations keep selling for 30 days after your license ends, then they switch off; Tendlio tells you the date ahead of time. What stops right away is the acting on it: it won’t refresh your scores, send any emails, or change any prices. Updates and support stop too. Renew and it picks up where it left off.
